Gator Roofing and Restoration began at the start of 2023 when Jonathan and Gina Davis realized they could help families navigate the roofing process with honesty and clarity. With insurance premiums and deductibles at record highs and many new companies cutting corners or ignoring Louisiana law, they saw a need for a roofing company that does things the right way. To them, a roof is not a luxury. It is a necessity and the first line of defense that protects everything a family owns. Their mission is simple. Serve people with integrity, deliver quality workmanship, and make homeowners feel safe, informed, and confident at every step.

Jonathan handles the day-to-day operations, bringing hands-on experience, deep industry knowledge, and a long history of public service. He previously served as a Walker City Council member, currently serves as President of the Livingston Parish Library Board, and sits on the Board of Directors for the Residential Roofing Contractors Association of Louisiana. Gina oversees the foundational structure of the business. She brings financial discipline, organization, and the accountability that keeps the company grounded. Before attending LSU School of Veterinary Medicine, Gina worked with the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries on the Alligator Conservation Program. She frequently volunteers at local veterinary clinics and at a bird sanctuary in Livingston, and she plans to continue working with alligators after graduating.

Together, Jonathan and Gina see themselves as pillars of the community. They pour into every group and organization they can, from Jonathan’s volunteer work with a local pregnancy clinic to Gina’s wildlife and veterinary service. Their shared values of honesty and integrity guide every decision they make, and their faith shapes the way they treat people.
